Most recruiters love to conduct behavioral interviews, meaning that they’ll expect you to provide specific examples of how you demonstrated certain skills or behaviors in the past. Some of those skills and behaviors are: Leadership skills, resilience, team spirit and collaboration, empathy, capability to learn from mistakes, willingness and capability to improve your weaknesses, strategic thinking and complex problem solving, skills and competencies listed in your job description, and creativity.
